2. Services Provided

We offer professional fire safety services including, but not limited to:

  • Fire door inspections

  • Passive fire protection assessments

  • Firestop system installations

  • Maintenance and compliance support

  • Consultancy services

Service details, scope, and pricing will be defined in individual service agreements, quotes, or invoices provided to the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information as required for service delivery

  • Ensure access to the premises and areas required for inspection or work

  • Comply with all safety instructions and relevant legal requirements

  • Settle invoices in accordance with agreed payment terms

4. Fees and Payment Terms

  • All fees will be clearly stated in quotes or contracts before work commences

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date

  • We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments at the statutory rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • If you wish to cancel or reschedule a service, you must notify us in writing at least 48 hours in advance

  • Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the agreed service cost

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FireStop Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage

  • Any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control

  • Any damage resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide our services using reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee:

  • That any property is fully fire-proof or immune to fire risk following inspection

  • That compliance with fire safety regulations will be maintained without continued maintenance

You remain responsible for ongoing compliance with fire safety legislation and for acting upon any recommendations we provide.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, images, and documents, is the intellectual property of FireStop Technologies Ltd and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.

9. Data Protection
